Welcome to our Carbon Footprint Calculator for small businesses.
This Carbon Footprint Calculator is primarily designed for businesses that have fewer than 250 employees and a maximum of 5 sites.
The Calculator is a self assessment tool, using the same calculations as DEFRA. You will be asked information about energy usage, waste and travel - the three main sources of CO2. As this process requires detailed information about your business it might be useful for you to refer to the checklist to ensure you have all the information you’ll need to complete the assessment.
At the end of the calculation process you’ll be presented with a report on your CO2 emissions and suggestions of ways you might reduce emissions throughout your organisation. You will also be offered the opportunity to offset your carbon footprint.
Throughout the process you will have the option to save your entry to your own personalised Carbon Account. This means that you will be able to leave at any point during the process and return whenever you need to.
