Carbon Footprint Calculator Checklist
Below is a checklist of all the information you will need in order to complete your assessment using AXA's Carbon Footprint Calculator. The more accurate the information you provide the more reflective your carbon assessment will be.
Once you have created your own unique username and password you are able to save your details and return to the assessment should you need any further information.
Premises (No more than 5 sites/locations)
You will need this information per site if you operate from more than one. You will be able to find out this information from your utility bills.
- Floor area (m2)
- Electricity Consumed (kWh)
- Natural Gas Consumed (kWh)
- Heating Oil Consumed (litres)
- Waste Disposed to Landfill (kg)
- Waste Incinerated (kg)
Company Owned and Non-Company Owned Vehicles
You will need to enter usage details of all vehicles owned by the company or used by the company for business travel as annual travel in either distance travelled or fuel consumed.

Alternative Business Travel
Taxis - You will need to enter details of all employees annual business travel by tax as either distance travelled or the number of taxis hired.
Trains - You will need to enter details or all employees annual business travel by train as either distance travelled or number of journeys and the average journey distance.
Flights - You will need to enter details of all employees annual business travel by air as either distance travelled or the number of flights (one-way) taken.
Hotels - You will need to enter details of all employees annual business travel hotel stays both in the UK and internationally.
Commuting - You will need to enter details of the combined distance travelled by staff annually in:

- Taxis
