About the Course
The aim of the course is to teach delegates key management principles that will enable them to lead the growth of their business. The SME Master Class will challenge business leaders to question whether their business has the drive, ambition and people to take it to the next stage.
Apathy is the number one business killer. When a business matures it is easy for it to stagnate and stop looking for fresh challenges. This raises concerns over what more the operation has to achieve, whether the business owner or senior management team have the right leadership skills and whether the staff have the right training to help the business move on.
This Master Class is aimed at business owners or a member of the senior management team. The company must have reached a significant stage in its growth cycle which requires expert advice on the practical action needed to make development as smooth and profitable as possible.
Each day will be split between theory and interactive scenarios and the intention is to ensure that the majority of time is fun and engaging. Prior to the course, each participant will have the opportunity to take part in a 360 degree feedback exercise, which will provide a comprehensive overview of their management style.
