AXA SME Masterclass
The theme of the course is business growth, with particular emphasis on the impact and challenges that directors face in managing growth. Over the three days, our expert facilitators will support delegates in making an objective assessment of their capabilities and help them to develop key business skills, such as leadership and managing change. This is an exciting opportunity to consider these issues with a group of like-minded individuals away from the office in a fantastic location.
An enterprise faces many barriers when it is looking to expand and its leaders must also tackle some very personal challenges.
