Terms & Conditions
This competition is open to UK residents only, who own or are a major shareholder in a business. Entrants must be over the age of 18.
- To enter you must fill in the form provided on www.thisismoney.co.uk/masterclass or www.axa4business.co.uk. The competition closing date is Wednesday, 2 April 2008.
- No purchase is required to enter the prize draw.
- Only one entry per person, per firm.
- Winners will be notified by telephone no later than Friday 11 April 2008. The prize event takes place from the evening of Sunday 18 May until lunch time on Wednesday, 21 May, 2008. All prizes must be claimed by Friday 18 April 2008. Prizes not claimed by April 18 2008 will be redrawn.
- The prize consists of a two and a half day residential course with three nights luxury accommodation for one person in a chateau just outside Paris. This includes standard return travel from the UK, to Château de Romainville in Paris. Full details of the prize will be provided to the winner at the time of notification.
- No alternative prizes are available.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute prizes with other prizes of equal or greater value.
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternative will be offered.
- The Editor’s decision is final.
Winners may be asked to participate in required publicity. A list of the winners will be posted on www.axa4business.co.uk.
